Positions Overview
Clinical Director:
The Clinical Director is a full time position that is responsible and accountable for the strategic management and growth of their assigned center. The director provides supervision of Physician's Plan programs and services and strives to provide quality service to the community by: ensuring patients experience the best possible weight loss counseling and achieve positive results; developing/implementing product and service promotions; instilling passion and direction to staff; and communicating with Regional Directors and Owners to assure compliance and consistency to the overall company vision. The director is responsible for performing, training and overseeing all administrative and clinical duties related to the operation of the center.
Clinical Coordinator:
The Clinical Coordinator is a full time position that serves as the right hand of the clinical director. This person is responsible for front desk and administrative duties, providing nutritional counseling, support and motivation, obtaining patient vitals and knowledge of our retail product line.
Clinical Assistant:
The clinical assistant is a part time position that primarily is needed during times when the center has a medical provider on premise. The clinical assistant is responsible for assisting with front desk and nutritional counseling duties.
Medical Provider:
Physician’s Plan One to One Weight Loss & Wellness employs physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners to medically evaluate and dispense medication to patients whose plan necessitates pharmacological support. The medical provider works closely with patients to monitor their progress and related issues that affect their weight loss goals. They are specifically trained in bariatric medicine to offer our patients only the most up to date, safe and medically sound treatments available.
