- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup of Almond Flour
- 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together your ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grease a waffle iron and turn it on.
- Once hot/ready, add the batter and cook for 4-5 minutes, or as per your waffle iron instructions.
- In a medium bowl, mash the volks and avocado with a fork until well-combined.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
- Use 2 chaffles as “bread” and put your favorite breakfast meats between!
- Add any veggies/spices you like to the batter for infused flavors!
- Add smashed avocado and everything bagel seasoning on top of cooked chaffle for healthier “avocado toast”!
