Chaffles - Cheese Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION:
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together your ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Grease a waffle iron and turn it on.
  • Once hot/ready, add the batter and cook for 4-5 minutes, or as per your waffle iron instructions.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the volks and avocado with a fork until well-combined.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  • Use 2 chaffles as “bread” and put your favorite breakfast meats between!
  • Add any veggies/spices you like to the batter for infused flavors!
  • Add smashed avocado and everything bagel seasoning on top of cooked chaffle for healthier “avocado toast”!
